Extended Service Agreements

AraLimo has separated itself from its competitors and the industry by providing its customers non-exclusive, multi year agreements. In an effort to establish long term partnerships with our customers, we have incorporated the following types of long term services into our agreements.

When we perform a service, we will audit or review that service once a year for the agreement period, depending on the service, that may mean a second and third policy review or second and third contract review, etc.

AraLimo maintains a data-base of clients for each type of service, if there are any major changes. During the agreement period, we will notify you and make recommendations.

Of course this service is not guaranteed, however we stay up to date with the "current thinking" of protection of assets. (e.g.: a new procedural recommendation comes out, AraLimo would work with you and your vendor to incorporate these new guidelines into your agreement/P&P - at no additional fee to you.)

For specific types of services, AraLimo will maintain a historical record of actions as well as a date and document management system for vendor management purposes. This means that you no longer have to manage contracts, addendums and important contract dates, we will do it for you.

AraLimo invites all of it’s customers to take part in our email alert’s; emails would be sent from us that pertain to security, it is not industry specific, but still very useful to our customers.

As an AraLimo customer, we would be available to you at no fee for ordinary questions and help pertaining to security related matters, of course for any service that would normally be billed we would put together a "current customer's price", see our no surprises billing commitment.

We are making a multi year commitment to you, for a specific service and it is incorporated right into our final agreement.
