Jacques W. Andersen, President, AraLimo, LLC has been in the Law Enforcement and Security Industry for
over 18 years. In that time his sole focus, in every position he has served, has been the improvement of
security operations and advancement of the security industry.
His broad experience encompasses physical security planning, development and implementation. Security
and guard force management, homeland security, training, coaching and development of security programs,
practitioners and managers. All aspects of fiscal responsibility, continuity and crisis management,
development of employee safety and awareness programs and general business experience.
Throughout his career, he has considered his greatest attribute to be his ability to asses, evaluate and modify process,
both in and out of the security field.
He has assessed security operations, advised contract and client organizations on operations and practices,
performed hundreds of security assessments, policy and procedure reviews and worked with hundreds
of fortune 1000 companies.

In the Contract Security Industry, Mr. Andersen has managed literally hundreds of clients, at both the operational
and executive levels. This exposed him to many levels of client management and security operations
as well as developing a broad experience in security practices to draw from. All continuously improving
his ability to assess and improve security operations, policies, procedures and general honing of his
operational and technical skills.
In the wake of the terrorist attack on September 11th, FleetBoston (the nations 6th largest bank) brought Mr.
Andersen on board as a full time/dedicated contractor to manage the guard force and related physical security.
Mr. Andersen managed the existing coverage levels from $11MM to $25MM immediately after the
attack; this included revamping all policy and procedures. He developed a “Homeland Security Response
Plan” that was one of the first developed in the country and was widely sought by other institutions.
Through subsequent years, utilizing his skills in assessments, policy and procedure development and technology
enhancements, he was able to reduce guard force expense to $16MM.
FleetBoston hired Mr. Andersen as the Manager of Homeland Security, responsible for several hundred
properties (corporate properties, data centers, industrial facilities and retail locations) and over 30,000 employees.
He was responsible for all guard and police operations, including policy and procedures, was a
critical member of the Corporate Crisis and Continuity Management Team and participated on several other
employee safety committees and initiatives. Externally he was responsible for intelligence gathering and
dissemination, liaison with all levels of public (law enforcement and government agencies) and private organizations,
management of protective measures in response to terrorist threats and other security impacts.
This has broadened his practical knowledge to include direct critical infrastructure experience, including
working closely with all levels of Law Enforcement as well as the Department of Homeland Security.
He was also responsible for the Corporate Identification program which included Fingerprinting and Photo
Badging of every employee and contractor.
As a member of the US Coast Guard, his primary role was Law Enforcement. Mr. Andersen served on Tactical
Law Enforcement Teams and Law Enforcement Detachments, primarily in counter narcotics operations.
